Naseem Iqbal Bhatti became popular in the literary circles of Sargodha like the wind.  Philanthropy, book-friendliness, respect-friendliness, and voice-friendliness are their special characteristics. He captivates the hearts of others with his sweet and melodious conversation. Naseem Iqbal Bhatti's real name is Muhammad Naseem Iqbal. He was born on 1953 to Seemab  Hayat Bhatti in Jaisal Chinot. He received his primary education in his native place. Neem Iqbal Bhatti passed his matriculation examination from Government High School, Salanwali District, Sargodha.

Naseem Iqbal Bhatti got admission in college to do FSC and got a job in Pakistan Air Force after giving up education due to his extracurricular activities. From 1972 to 1997, he spent 25 years in the service of Shaheens of the country. Naseem Iqbal Bhatti continued to be posted in many cities of Pakistan.  Naseem Iqbal Bhatti tried one business after another to raise his Iqbal. The gatherings of literary friends fueled the dreamy abilities of Naseem Iqbal Bhatti. He adapted many of Wazir Agha's Urdu writings in Punjabi style. His Punjabi translations were also liked by Wazir Agha (these translation are not published as a book yet). Iqbal Bhatti continued to show his creative gems by rising above the name and fame in various literary organizations.

He also had a great taste for classical music and had a large collection of records and cassettes of old classical singers.  Iqbal Bhatti actively participated in Urdu Punjabi organizations. He  had been broadcasting Punjabi programs on Radio FM 93, FM 101, and FM 98.2. Apart from Urdu and Punjabi poetry, he is very fond of writing stories. The stories written by him continued to be embellished in various Punjabi literary magazines and journals of Pakistan. His style and tone was important in Punjabi and Urdu poetry. He wrote many poems in monthly magzine "Safeed Chare". His poetry not only resonated with local audiences but also influenced a wider audience interested in Punjabi literature and culture. He died on 21 November 2021.
